Event #3 smashed its $15k guarantee but it came as no big surprise. TCH Social Austin is home to an amazing 5-card community with regular Big O cash streams and weekly floor games.

With 98 total entries, the prize pool reached $32,340 by the close of registration and 43 of those 98 entries remain in the hunt for the top prize of $9,050. 13 places will be paid with the min cash set at $780 on the $400 buy in. Players return to blinds of 1,000/1,500/1,500.

Mahesh Rathi maintains the early chip lead in an accomplished split-pot field.

Top 5 stacks at close of registration
Mahesh Rathi 163,600
Robert Paape 117,500
Clinton Hartshorn 115,500
John Molina 108,000
