Kapoor Makes a Big Fold (E#10)

It's not typical to open your cards while folding in a tournament. Kapoor just open-folded top pair top kicker in the High Roller. Was it the correct fold?

Eric Chang opened to 3,000 from UTG with blinds at 1,000/1,500/1,500. Sanjeev Kapoor flat the button just before Nhut Le 3-bet to 12,000 from the small blind. Chang and Kapoor made the call.

The flop brought Q♠T♠4♥. Action checked to Kapoor on the button. Kapoor led for 25,000. Le asked Kapoor to show how much he was playing. Le had the covering stack and moved all in for 113,000. Kapoor tabled A♠Q♣ as he folded.

It must be a friendly tournament because Le tabled tens for a flopped set. Le generously showed Kapoor that he made the correct fold.
