Nithin Vanteru was the early chip leader in Flight F and he continues to make his way towards Day 2.

Nithin Vanteru opened from the lojack to 16,000 on 4,000/8,000/8,000. Brian Devany put in a 3-bet to 50,000 and Vanteru called.

With 120,000 already in the middle, the flop brought a rainbow 7♣6♠5♦. Vanteru check-called Devany's 35,000 continuation.

Vanteru again went check-call mode on the A♠ turn but this time it was calling off Devany's jam. Vanteru was at risk for 148,000 effective. Vanteru had turned top pair top kicker with A♦K♥ and had Devany's QxQx in rough shape.

The 3♦ river secured the double up for Vanteru. 13 players remain.

Vanteru: 486,000 (+253,000)
Devaney: -233,000

Flight F Payouts
1st-7th: DAY TWO
8th-9th: $960
10th-11th: $880
