Lynch Builds Chip Lead on Bubble (1D)

Walter Lynch actively built a stack as players approached the money bubble and continued building throughout hand-for-hand.

On blinds of 2,500/5,000/5,000, Lynch opened to 12,000 UTG. Action folded around to Daniel Anderson's big blind. Anderson raised to 40,000. Lynch made the call.

Anderson continued for a sizable amount of 65,000 on the flop of 8♣8♥6♥. Lynch moved all-in for roughly 180,000. Anderson looked over at his opponent and then at his stack before making the fold.

Lynch continued to chip away at his table and find opportune moments to raise or even check-raise during hand-for-hand play. Lynch now chip leads at break with 322,000.

Players return to blinds of 3,000/6,000/6,000. The next player out will be the stone bubble with the rest of the field locking up $320. Nine players will advance to Sunday's day two restart.
