Nawaz Secures Double Elimination (1A)

On blinds of 600/1,200/1,200, players were standing around a three-way all-in at Table 7. Saturnino Osorio had opened UTG and Larmar Blue went all-in from UTG+1 for 12,500 effective. Action folded around to Nawaz Charania in the small blind and he jammed over the top. Osorio gave it some thought before making the call and putting himself at risk.

Osorio was calling for hearts and the flop brought one with A♣K♥5♣. Charania nearly flopped his opponents dead with top two-pair. The 8♦ on the turn sealed their fates and the Q♠ completed the board.

Charania scooped the pot in as both players headed to the cashier to buy back in. Registration in Flight A is open for another 45 minutes and there is a turbo flight starting at 9:00 PM.
