Bubble Deal Declined; Two Players Share Bubble Fate

After a full redraw at 27 players, players discussed and quickly denied the option to pay the money bubble.

Hand-for-hand began on blinds of 6K/12K/(12K). On the first hand of hand-for-hand, Vivek Shingala doubled with kings against Shane Courville's nines.

On the second hand of hand-for-hand, Cornelius Williams moved all-in for 50,000 from UTG+1. Action folded around to John Ross in the big blind. Ross called.

Williams: KsTs (all-in)
Ross: AdKd
Board: 8c7d8s3s3d

The paired flop was no help to Williams but the 3s turn gave him a backdoor flush draw that bricked when the board double-paired with the 3d. Williams was eliminated but told to standby as there was an all-in on another table.

Kasra Khodayarkhani had bet 68,000 from UTG+1 with 1,000 left behind. Gilbert Lucio made the call from the button.

Khodayarkhani flicked in his last chip on a flop of 9h9s2c. Lucio called.

Khodayarkhani: KsQs (all-in)
Lucio: AdTd
Board: 9h9s2c5c2h

Khodayarkhani didn't improve on the 5c turn and 2h river. He was eliminated and splits the $610 min cash with Williams for $305 each.

The remaining players will now work their way down towards the final table and play to a winner tonight!
