Day 1A: Andrade Rivers Richards

After an open by Gabriel Andrade and a defend from Jessica Richards in the big blind, the two players went to a flop of K♠Q♣7♣. Richards checked, Andrade continued for 8k, and Richards called to see the turn fall the 9♣.

Richards checked again, Andrade fired for 16k, and then Richards check-raised to 40k. After some thought, Andrade made the call and they went to the river Q♦. 

Richards then moved all in and Andrade shrugged before promptly called to put her at risk. Richards tabled K♣9♦ for kings and queens, but then Andrade rolled over A♣Q♠ for trip queens to take down the pot, eliminating Richards.
