Liftoff 1D: Le Takes Out Thibodaux

After a preflop betting war, Josh Thibodaux moved all in and was called by Kevin Le to put him at risk. 

Thibodaux tabled 4♦4♥ but was then shown 8♠8♥ by Le to put him in rough shape. 

"Noooo! I told you I want trips not to double it!" Thibodaux joked.

To make matters worse, the flop came out 8♦9♣3♠ to give Le top set, leaving Thibodaux drawing to running quads. The K♣ on the turn quickly squashed those hopes and the J♣ river sent him out while Le collected the pot.
