Matt Bray Wins PAT Event #7: PLO for $7,460 after Heads-Up Deal

After the elimination of Peter Clive in 3rd place, Preston Duron and Matt Bray agreed to a heads-up even chop that would award Bray $7,460 and the PokerAtlas Tour trophy.
