$100k Day 2: Normand Doubles, McChristian Exits
After doubling up Jian Wang in a big pot, Garrett McChristian moved ll in for his last 75k and was called by Wang to put him at risk, but then Derek Normand moved all in from the big blind for around 470k.
Wang decided to make the call to put him at risk as well and the cards were tabled.
McChristian: K♦T♦
Normand: Q♠T♠
Wang: A♥4♥
The flop of 4♠7♠8♥ improved Wang to bottom pair but it also gave Normand a flush draw. Sure enough, the 8♠ appeared on the turn to give Normand the lead, leaving McChristian drawing dead and Wang drawing only to a four for a full house. The board instead completed with the A♠ to award Normand the pot while McChristian hit the rail.
Normand - 1.15mil
