1E: Sirowy Makes the Call, Riali Bounces Back
David Mzareulov opened to 20,000 and was three-bet to 50,000 by Jaxon Sirowy on the button. Nicholas Riali defended from the big blind and Mzareulov also made the call for the players to go three-ways to a flop of 4♥2♣J♠.
The action checked to Sirowy who continued for 40,000 and was called only by Riali to continue to the turn K♠, which saw the action go check-check.
On the river 8♦, Riali pushed out two stacks of chips worth 120,000.
"Alright, I hope you have ace-jack," Sirowy sighed as he made the call. He was then shown A♣9♣ by Riali for ace-high while he tabled Q♠Q♥ to take down the sizeable pot.
Fortunately for Riali, he managed to double up the very next hand when his A-8 held up against he Q-J of Jason Daly.
Sirowy - 575,000
Riali - 230,000
