On a heads-up flop of 9♣3♦K♥, Angy Shannon checked to Puneet Kapur who bet 3,500 into the pot of 13,000.

After some thought, Shannon tossed in chips to make the call and the two continued to the turn 9♥, which saw both players check.

On the 2♦ river, Shannon led for 10,000 and Kapur went deep into the tank.

After close to a minute, he decided to let it go and the pot was pushed to Shannon, who showed the 9♦ for trip nines.

Shannon - 52,500
Kapur - 41,500
