Whittled down to just a few big blinds, Aaron Gonzalez got the last of his chips into the middle with 6♠6♥ and was called by Ernest Jose with A♥7♣.

Gonzalez would need to hold to stay alive, but an ace appeared on the flop of A♠10♣2♥to give Jose the lead. The runout of 5♠5♣ failed to save Gonzalez and he was eliminated in 0th place.

With his elimination, the following players have bagged up for Day 2:

Mitchell Bono - 755,500
Charles Davis - 579,500
Chandler Netanel - 555,500
Xiling Che - 288,000
Derek Normand - 279,500
Ernest Jose - 265,000
Moe Tokko - 233,000
Chip Brooks -177,500
David Shaw - 62,500
