After an open by Jack Meymandi to 225,000 with A♦A♥, Hunter Cichy tanked for a bit with 8♥8♦ before he wisely folded, but then Daniel Doan shoved with 5♣5♠.

Meymandi snap-called to put himself at risk and the cards were on their backs.

The runout of 4♦K♣8♠7♣T♣ changed nothing and the pot was shipped to Meymandi for a double.

Left with crumbs, Doan exited shortly after when his Q-J fell to the AQ of Gabriel Andrade.

Meymandi - 3,330,000
Doan- 0
