Kulkarni Sends Out Vuong

On a heads-up turn of 8♣2♣9♣J, Hrishikesh Kulkarni led out for 60,000 but then Jonathan Vuong moved all in for 145,000. 

After some pause, Kulkarni tossed out the call to put Vuong at risk and the cards were tabled.
