Tran Wins the Race Against Parkes

Christopher Parkes had made it 20,000 to go from the hijack but then Andrew Tran moved all in from the cutoff to cover and the action folded back to Parkes.

Parkes thought it over for a good while before he ultimately decided to stick his stack into the middle to put himself at risk. 

He then flipped over 7♥7♦ and was flipping against the A♥K♣ of Tran, but the flop of J♠A♦6♦ was not his friend as Tran immediately hit his ace. The runout of T♣5♣ failed to save Parkes and he was eliminated from the tournament.
