Nguyen Calls With Tens

Joe Firova opened to 15,000 UTG but was then three-bet to 40,000 by James Cazin in the lojack. The action folded to Thuynga Nguyen in the big blind who made the call and after some thought, Firova decided to get out of the way. 

On the flop of 8♠K♣7♣, Nguyen checked, Cazin moved all in, and Nguyen called to put herself at risk. 

Cazin tabled T♥8♥ for a pair of eights but Nguyen had the upper hand with T♠T♦. The runout of J♠A♦ changed nothing and Nguyen was awarded the pot for a double.
