1G: Levesque and Tsou Duke it Out
On a heads-up flop of 5♣Q♠7♦, Caleb Levesque checked, James Tsou bet 8,000, and then Levesque check-raised to 24,000. After a pause, Tsou decided to make the call and the two went to the turn 5♦.
Levesque immediately moved all in and Tsou made the call to put him at risk, but was quickly shown a full house by Levesque with 7♥5♥.
"Wow," Tsou was shocked to be shown such a strong holding as he held A♥7♣, drawing only to a 7 for a chop. The river was the brick 3♣ and Levesque was pushed the pot for a double.
Two hands later, these same two players got it all in on the turn once again, with Levesque holding a set of eights while Tsou had a straight. The board failed to pair on the river and the pot was pushed to Tsou to reclaim a good portion of his chips.
Levesque - 45,000
Tsou - 160,000
