On blinds of 15,000/25,000/25,000, Damien Franco opened to 65,000 from UTG+1. Kyle Birdwell called from the lojack and Christopher Meza defended his big blind.

The flop brought A♠T♥4♥ and action checked to Birdwell. Birdwell bet 75,000 and got called in both spots. The 3♠ quickly checked through and so did the 8♣.

"I have an ace," Birdwell said as he rolled over A♣2♣. "Ace is good," replied Franco.

With 32 players remaining, players are approaching the three table redraw at 27.
