Coyle Collection of Trophies Grows

After entering heads up play in a large chip deficit, Dori Coyle comes from behind to take down the Trailblazer Poker Tour's Event 25: Triple Triple Draw!

Dori won 10 hands in a row to take $3,565 for first place and add the Event 25 Trailblazer Poker Tour trophy to the Coyle collection!

She was excited to begin heads up play with Badugi and proceeded to win hand after hand. With the game change to A-5, Dori's hot-streak continued. On the fifth hand of A-5, Dori had whittled Jeremiah Smith down enough that they got all the chips in. Dori had made a 97 with 97543. Smith was drawing at an 8 with 8542 but he drew a king on the end, which delivered the win to Dori!

Dori and her husband, Jim, are well known and respected within the Dallas and Texas poker communities. Jim was actually playing in the second flight of the $1M GTD Title Event as Dori closed out the Triple Triple Draw. Jim waited to fold his small blind in turn, then joined Dori for her winner's photo!

Dori disclosed that she plans to play the Title Event tomorrow. Congratulations to Dori and good luck to Jim on finding a bag for Monday's Day Two Restart!
