Registration just closed in the $50K GTD NLH High Roller with a total of 37 entries and 14 players remain.

Players return to blinds of 1,500/3,000/3,000 in the 8-max event. Leading the way is Sanjeev Kapoor with 553,500 and Kapoor just scored a double elimination on the first hand back from break.

Kapoor was under the gun and opened to 6,600. Action folded around to Simon in the small blind, who called. Gabriel Gutierrez was in the big blind and moved all-in. Kapoor jammed over the top and Webster called it off.

Kapoor: Q♣J♣
Webster: Q♠J♠
Gutierrez: A♥J♦
Board: 7♣5♦3♥2♣T♣

Gutierrez had Kapoor and Webster in rough shape. However, Kapoor turned some life with a backdoor flush draw and the flush completed on the T♣ river. Running clubs eliminated Webster and Gutierrez for Kapoor to build a massive chip lead over the field.

Players are battling over a prize pool of $83,250! Five places will be paid with the min cash set at $7,450 and $31,250 for first place!
