After an open from WiIliam Brewster, Derek Normand three-bet to 5,800 from the button. Mitch Bono called from the small blind and Brewster came along as well to see a flop of 2♦K♠9♠.
The action checked to Normand who continued for 6,700 and Bono responded by moving all in for slightly more and the action was on Brewster.
"Man, I thought you had like 30,000 behind or I wouldn't have bet that much!" Normand shook his head as he checked his hand again.
"You're behind," Bono said to him, "You're behind, too." He told Brewster as welll, who quickly mucked his hand while Normand made the call to put Bono at risk.
Bono: K♣2♣
Normand: A♠10♣
Normand would need to hit something on the turn to have any outs against the two pair of Bono, but the turn 6♣ did nothing and the river 4♠ secured the double for Bono.
Bono - 37,000
Normand - 160,800
