Lentschke Staying Alive

On a heads-up flop of 4♦2♦J♦, Larry Lentschke and Matthew Cosentino got all the chips into the middle, with Lentschke at risk. 

Lentschke flipped over 4♥4♠ for a set while Cosentino tabled A♦9♣ for the nut flush draw. 

Fortunately for Lentschke, he was able to fade the 5♠9♥ runout and he was shipped the pot for a long-overdue double.
