On a three-way turn of 4♠8♦9♦J♥, Matthew Wefel checked, Schuyler Thornton bet 55,000, and Lesley Berger went all in for 104,000.

Both Wefel and Thornton made the call to put her at risk and they went to the river 6♣. Wefel checked to Thornton, who bet 100,000 and prompted a quick fold from Wefel.

Berger then flipped over A♠J♠ for top pair, top-kicker, but then Thornton rolled over 4♥4♣ for a flopped set to send her to the rail in 9th place.

With her elimination, the remaining 8 players have bagged up for Day 2 as follows:

Schuyler Thornton - 717,000
Kenneth Toth - 608,000
Joel Doney - 441,000
Brittney Cammack - 370,000
Thomas Nrabham - 223,000
Liam McDonough - 188,000
Andrew Tran - 135,000
Matthew Wefel - 50,000
