Turton Eliminates Cuaderes (1D)

Jeffrey Turton made a move on Shane Nandlal and ended up eliminating Eduardo Cuaderes in the process.

Shane Nandlal opened from UTG+1 to 20,000 on the last hand of 4,000/8,000/8,000. Eduardo Cuaderes went all in from the cutoff for 31,000. Action paused in the big blind as Jeffrey Turton visibly did the math on the action in front of him. Turton and Nandlal both called.

Turton checked the 2♥ turn. Nandlal led out for 30,000 and ran into Turton's check-raise to 105,000. Nandlal made the frustrating fold and seemed to be more frustrated when Turton tabled K♥8♣ for an open-ended straight draw.

Cuaderes tabled Q♥J♣. He was behind but live to pair either of his hole cards. Turton's king high was in the lead and he paired his 8 on the 8♥ river to eliminate Cuaderes in 8th place for $880.
