Park Wins No-Limit Deuce to Seven with Number Three
Someone might run better than Kevin "No One Runs Better" Kendrick and its Jonathan Park.
During three-handed play, Jonathan Park opened the button and was three-bet by David Valden in the small blind. Park four-bet jammed and Valden called.
Both players pat. Valden tabled T7654. It came down to the last card. Park tabled T7653 to pip Valden's 4. Valden was left with 4,000.
In the next hand, Valden managed to triple up. The subsequent hand would end the tournament.
Park, Valden, and Walter Lynch were all-in. Park went pat from the small blind. Valden drew two in the big blind and Lynch announced pat from the button.
Park revealed he was dealt number three with 76532. Lynch's T7432 was dead and Valden also couldn't draw better.
After multiple rounds of three-handed play, Park won the tournament in three consecutive hands.
